bought this as a gift for my husband and me since we're both busy with work and fitness routines delivery was quick which was nice :) it's been about a month of use and overall it's quite helpful for keeping our home tidy without much effort i found that scheduling cleanings when we're out works best to avoid the noise and it handles pet hair from our dog pretty well though it might need an occasional manual touch-up in tight spaces for the price it's a solid choice but not perfect could be wrong but i'd recommend it with some patience for its quirks
- Pros: i quite like how it handles both vacuuming and mopping without me lifting a finger the base empties the dirt and refills water automatically which is a huge time saver and it does a good job on my hardwood and tile floors leaving them clean and fresh-smelling with that allergen trapping feature it feels healthier in here and it rarely gets stuck which is a relief
- Cons: it could be wrong but sometimes it misses spots especially in corners and the mopping isn't as thorough on tougher stains also the noise level is a bit high when it's running which can be distracting and the initial setup took some time to figure out
