I got this a couple months back after researching a bunch of similar options, and overall, it's been a solid pick. The packaging was intact when it arrived, no issues there. I live in a small apartment with hard floors and a low rug, and it does a good job keeping things clean, especially with my dog's fur everywhere. It's quiet enough, and I love that I can control it with my voice or app—makes life easier. Compared to others I looked at, it's slimmer and handles pet hair better, but it's not perfect. Sometimes it gets stuck or misses a bit, so I have to do a quick touch-up. For the price, it's a good value, and I'd recommend it with minor reservations.
- Pros: This thing is built like a tank and super easy to use from my phone or by talking to it—no need to get up. It handles both sweeping and wiping without a hitch, sneaks under my low furniture, and recharges itself to finish the job. Great for pet hair, no tangles at all, and comes with extra parts that are handy.
- Cons: From what I feel, it sometimes misses spots in corners or under very tight spaces, and the mopping could be a bit better—it's not as thorough as I'd like. The battery life is decent but not amazing for larger areas, and it occasionally bumps into things despite its sensors.
