So I got these lights for my backyard, thinking they'd make it look cool for when I have friends over. Setting them up was simple, which is good cause I'm not great with tech stuff. The string is fairly short, so it doesn't wrap around much, and the light effects are just basic twinkling. They do work in rain, which is a plus, but overall, I'm cautious about recommending them. From what I feel, they're mid-range – not terrible, but not amazing either. I might use them for small things, but don't think they're worth it for big events. 😕
