Before I got this, my lighting was just basic on and off, and it was a pain to adjust anything manually. But as a perfectionist, I expected it to be more stable; it seems to glitch out occasionally, and that really bugs me. It's better than what I had, but not quite perfect—I wish it were more reliable and felt sturdier. Overall, it does the job, but with some frustrations.
