First impression was that it looked great and seemed like a smart buy for our home, but honestly, I'm fairly disappointed. As a pragmatist, I expected more from it—maybe I could be wrong, but it just doesn't feel as reliable as I'd like. It does the job of chilling drinks, but with a kid around, I need something that's more straightforward and less finicky. The quiet operation is a plus, but overall, it's not living up to the hype for me. :(
