as a chef, i'm always on the move, and this headset from SmartGears has been pretty handy for taking calls or listening to podcasts while i work. it stays put even when i'm bending over or moving quickly, which is a relief. the sound quality is decent, not amazing, but good enough for what i need. i bought it on a whim, and while it's not perfect, it does the job without too much fuss. i'd say it's worth it if you need something simple and reliable, but don't expect anything too fancy. :)
- Pros: i finally got a headset that doesn't fall off when i'm rushing around the kitchen, and the sound is clear enough that i can hear my audiobooks without cranking it up too loud. the way it adjusts to fit just right is a lifesaver, and not having wires everywhere is a nice change.
- Cons: the color is a bit flashy for my taste, and it seems like the battery doesn't last as long as i'd hoped—i have to charge it more often than i'd like, which is annoying when i'm in the middle of something.
