So I got this replacement screen for my Ford's navigation system, delivery was quick which was nice. Why did I buy it? Well, my old screen was all messed up, not responding to touches, felt like poking a rock. Is it easy to put in? Yeah, quite straightforward, just popped it in place, no screws or anything fancy, took me maybe an hour. How does it work now? Much better, taps and swipes are smooth, feels like it should, no more frustration. But is it perfect? Not really, sometimes it reacts when I don't mean to, maybe my fault or the screen's, not sure. Would I recommend it? For the price and ease, yes, but be ready for a little tweaking. Overall, it's a good fix for the money, makes the car feel newer without spending a lot. 👍
- Pros: The new screen feels much better to touch, it's quite responsive and easy to install myself without any tools or help, saved me money on a mechanic, and it looks just like the original one did.
- Cons: Could be wrong but the sensitivity might be a bit too high at times, making accidental touches, and the fit wasn't perfect right away, had to adjust it a bit, also no instructions included which made me nervous at first.
