so, my kid lost our original remote, and i was stuck with a tv that might as well have been a brick. picked this up as a gift for myself, honestly. as it seemed to me, it arrived quickly, and pairing it was a breeze—no codes or anything, just pointed and it worked. been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's held up well. the range is good, covers the whole living room, and it's responsive. not the fanciest thing, but it does the job without any hiccups. would i recommend it? yeah, for the price and ease, it's a no-brainer if you're in a pinch. :)
- Pros: super easy to set up, just started working right away without any fuss. it's built solid, feels like it can handle a few drops or angry presses, and it works with a bunch of my gadgets, not just the tv. saved my binge-watching when the old one vanished.
