before i got this, my kids were bored with their usual pool toys and always begging for something new. after trying it out, they're obsessed—they love chasing each other with the shark and spraying water, and it's gotten them outside more often. compared to other remote toys we've had, this one is more engaging because of the water feature, and it's fairly easy to control. i picked it up from the store, which was convenient, and it's been a good addition to our summer fun. overall, it seems like a solid toy that sparks imagination and keeps them active.
- Pros: the remote works well from a distance, making it easy to steer the shark around the pool without getting wet myself. the water spray function is a big hit with the kids, adding a fun twist to playtime. it's fairly durable and holds up in water, and the battery lasts longer than i expected for a toy like this.
- Cons: the instructions that came with it were pretty useless, so i had to figure it out on my own. it seems a bit pricey for what it is, and i worry it might not hold up if used roughly. the water spray can be messy, so it's best used outdoors to avoid splashes everywhere.
