when i first tried this glove, i was hopeful it would make a big difference in my recovery after my stroke. as a healthcare worker myself, i understand the importance of tools like this, but i have to be pragmatic. it does help with moving my fingers and reducing stiffness, and the way it gives feedback almost makes it feel like a game, which is a nice touch. but honestly, it's not a miracle worker—it requires patience and regular use, and it didn't integrate as smoothly into my daily routine as i expected. after using it for a couple of months, i've seen some small improvements, but nothing dramatic. it's decent, but i wish it were easier to use and more effective on its own. overall, it's a helpful aid, but it needs better design and maybe more intuitive controls. i'd recommend it with caution, especially for beginners.
- Pros: it gets warm and comfortable on the hand, which is very soothing during sessions. the real-time feedback on the small screen keeps me motivated, and it feels like a gentle guide helping my fingers move again. i appreciate that it can be used at home, making therapy more convenient without always needing to visit the clinic.
- Cons: it's most likely a bit bulky and not as discreet as i'd hoped, which makes it awkward to wear for long periods. the setup can be confusing for someone not tech-savvy, and it doesn't replace the need for a professional's guidance, so you still have to rely on your therapist a lot.
