Before getting this OutsideWorld controller, I was using a basic wired one that felt clunky and limited—it was always getting tangled, and I couldn't adjust anything to suit my playstyle. Now, with this one, gaming sessions are much more enjoyable; the lack of wires is a game-changer, and the customizable buttons mean I can optimize for different games without hassle. It's very responsive, and the comfort is top-notch, making those long nights of playing after the kids are in bed way better. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I notice the small flaws, like the vibration intensity not being adjustable enough, but overall, it's a solid upgrade. I'd recommend it to others who want more control and comfort in their gaming setup :)
- Pros: The wireless connection is very reliable with no lag, which is a huge plus for gaming without tripping over cords. The vibrations add a lot to the immersion, making explosions and impacts feel real and intense. Being able to customize the button layout is fantastic; it lets me tailor the controller to my exact preferences, which is something I really appreciate. It's also very comfortable to hold for long periods, almost forgetting it's in my hands, and the build quality seems solid.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the vibrations can be a bit too strong at times, almost overwhelming in some games, and I wish there was a way to fine-tune them more easily. The programming software isn't the most intuitive; it took me a while to figure out how to set things up properly, which was frustrating. Also, while it works well with my PC, I had some minor connectivity issues initially that required a reset, but they were resolved quickly. Bottom line, it's not perfect, but it gets the job done.
