when i first got this scale, i was pretty excited because it looked great and promised a lot. setting it up was straightforward, and i liked that it connected to my phone without any hassle. over the short time i've used it, the weight readings have been reliable, which is important to me. but i've noticed that the body fat numbers don't always match up with what i expect, and that's a bit disappointing. for the cost, i was hoping for something a bit more polished, especially with the app. still, it's a decent tool for keeping an eye on my fitness, and it does what it says for the most part. i'd recommend it with some reservations, as it's good but not perfect.
