as a pragmatist, i wanted something reliable for my commute in seattle, but this scooter left me disappointed. it handles well on smooth paths, but on our hilly streets, it struggles to keep up, and the weight makes it a chore to lug around. the lights are bright, which is a plus for safety, but the overall experience feels lacking. i had high hopes, but it just doesn't deliver the ease i was looking for. not sure i'd recommend it to others based on my usage.
- Pros: it hums along nicely with plenty of power for getting around town, and i never had to worry about flat tires since they're solid. folding it up is a breeze for storage, and the lights make me feel safe when riding at night. the range is decent, lasting me through most of my daily trips without needing a charge.
- Cons: the speed feels a bit too slow at times, especially on hills, and the braking, while good, can be a bit jerky. it's a bit heavier than i expected, making it awkward to carry for long. the app connection was finicky as it seemed to me, dropping out now and then.
