As a healthcare worker in Houston, I bought this for my family to help my mom get around more easily, and it arrived on time, which was great. The folding part is a real hack—I can stash it in the trunk without any fuss, and it's light enough that I don't strain myself lifting it. But honestly, it's not perfect. On flat surfaces, it zips along fine, but when we tried it on a slight incline in our garden, it struggled too much and felt underpowered. The comfort adjustments are good, but the build quality feels a bit cheap in places, and that anti-theft lock? It's more like a suggestion than a real barrier. For short trips or indoor use, it's okay, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything too adventurous. It's a so-so choice if you're on a tight budget and need something basic, but it left me wanting more reliability and strength. :)
- Pros: I liked that it's so light and easy to fold up, making it simple to take with me in the car or when traveling. The way it adjusts for comfort is nice, and the automatic stopping feature feels safe and reliable, which is important for getting around without worries.
- Cons: From what I feel, the power is too weak for some hills or rough paths, and the lock for the battery doesn't seem very secure—it's so-so and might not stop someone determined. Also, it's a bit wobbly at times, which makes me nervous when I'm using it outdoors.
