As a healthcare worker in Houston, I bought this for my family to help my mom get around more easily, and it arrived on time, which was great. The folding part is a real hack—I can stash it in the trunk without any fuss, and it's light enough that I don't strain myself lifting it. But honestly, it's not perfect. On flat surfaces, it zips along fine, but when we tried it on a slight incline in our garden, it struggled too much and felt underpowered. The comfort adjustments are good, but the build quality feels a bit cheap in places, and that anti-theft lock? It's more like a suggestion than a real barrier. For short trips or indoor use, it's okay, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything too adventurous. It's a so-so choice if you're on a tight budget and need something basic, but it left me wanting more reliability and strength. :)
