i bought this ohwoai system expecting a straightforward security upgrade for our home, given my family's needs with kids and cars around. in reality, it mostly delivers—the video quality is top-notch, and i feel safer knowing it captures everything clearly. but the installation was more involved than i anticipated, and while the app works, it's not the most intuitive. overall, it does what it promises, just with a few quirks that keep it from being perfect.
- Pros: the picture is incredibly sharp, making it easy to spot details like license plates from a distance, and the wide view covers a lot without missing much. i love that i can talk through it to visitors, and the night vision works very well, keeping things clear even in the dark. the motion alerts are smart and don't bother me with false alarms, which is a big plus for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy.
- Cons: setting it up was a bit of a hassle with all the wires, and i had to get help from my son. the app can be confusing at times, and i wish it were simpler to use. also, the range for the audio isn't as good as i hoped, sometimes cutting out when i'm trying to communicate from inside the house.
