i bought this for my backyard to make it more inviting during get-togethers and it does a good job at that the color blending is fun and the various scenes let me set the mood easily for everyday use the brightness is more than enough and i like being able to change the warmth of the light it feels durable through rain and cold which is important here in chicago controlling it with my phone or voice commands works well without any hiccups but the installation was a bit of a pain had to hire an electrician and get sealant which made it more expensive than i initially thought also not having the motion sensor included is a letdown for the price overall it's a solid light that does what it promises but the setup and extra costs keep it from being perfect
- Pros: the light creates a great atmosphere for gatherings with its ability to mix colors and has plenty of settings to choose from it's incredibly bright when needed and the white light adjusts from warm to cool which is handy for different times the build feels solid and handles weather well without issues controlling it through the app or voice is smooth and reliable
- Cons: installation is a hassle since it requires a professional electrician and extra sealant which adds to the cost and effort the motion sensor isn't included so you have to buy it separately if you want that feature

so i got this light to jazz up my backyard and most likely its the best decision ive made. the app control is smooth and yelling at Alexa to change the lights never gets old. the durability is top notch its been through rain snow and heat waves and still looks brand new. the only downside is the setup. had to call in a pro which wasnt cheap but hey safety first right. overall its a solid investment if youre into creating the right vibe outdoors
