The build quality feels top-notch, and it's held up well over the few weeks I've had it. Sometimes I wish the app was more reliable, but overall, it's a fantastic ride that's fun and practical. For travel around the city, it's a game-changer!

so i was looking for something to make my life easier with the kids and all the errands and this bike kinda caught my eye at first i was like is this gonna be worth it but after a few weeks im like yeah this is super handy the motor is strong enough to get me up the bridges around miami without breaking a sweat and the battery i charge it like once a week and im good the ride is smooth which is great cause the roads here are not the best the brakes are responsive which is a big plus with the kids on board the tires dont slip even when its wet and the headlight is bright so i feel safe riding at night the app is cool but it took me a bit to figure out all the features compared to other bikes ive tried this one feels more solid and reliable its not perfect but its close enough for me
