before i got this i was always worried about my home when i was out cycling or with the family especially with some weird stuff happening in the neighborhood now i can check in anytime from my phone and it feels way more secure the video quality is solid day or night and i appreciate that it doesnt need to be plugged in all the time setting it up was a breeze no need to dig through manuals just a few taps in the app and it was good to go it did arrive a day late but that was fine not a big deal overall it does what i need and gives me peace of mind which is worth it for a gift or personal use
- Pros: the video looks sharp and clear even at night which is great for keeping an eye on things without any cords getting in the way setup was super easy with the magnetic holder and it works fine in any weather i like that it sends alerts when it notices movement especially people or animals and being able to talk through it is handy for checking on deliveries or family
- Cons: it seems fairly pricey with the extra costs for storing more video or using some features which can add up over time the battery life is okay but not amazing and sometimes the alerts come a bit late or too often which can be annoying
