i picked this up on a whim from the store after a particularly cold snap left me shivering in my shed, was tired of freezing my arse off during workouts or when tinkering with gear, this hotdevil heater cooker solved it all, it cranks out heat like a proper workhorse and i've used it for everything from warming the space to even cooking a quick meal outdoors, compared to others in the same price range, it seems extremely reliable and well-built, only had it a couple weeks but it's already earned its keep, just wish it came with a cylinder to get started faster, overall a solid buy that does what it says on the tin
- Pros: this thing is an absolute lifesaver when the british weather decides to turn nasty, it heats up my small garage in minutes and the adjustable settings mean i can keep it just right without wasting fuel, the automatic safety feature gives me peace of mind especially with my kid around, and setting it up is a cinch with the long hose and easy ignition, plus it's sturdy and portable so i can take it camping or use it in the garden without a fuss
- Cons: you have to supply your own gas cylinder which is a bit of a hassle and adds to the cost, and while it's stable, it can get quite hot to the touch so you need to be careful not to burn yourself, also it's not the quietest when running but that's a minor gripe for something this effective
