I've been using it for a couple of months now, and while it makes a decent cup most of the time, it's not without its quirks. I appreciate that it can brew different sizes and handle various pods, which is great when my son visits and wants something different. The temperature control is spot on for my teas, but I wish the crema was more reliable—it's hit or miss. Overall, it's a solid machine that does the job, but it doesn't quite live up to the hype for someone who expects perfection in every brew.
