George W.
Manchester
September 6, 2025
when i first picked it up from the store, which was convenient, i was cautiously optimistic. as an entrepreneur who values practicality, i thought this could be a game-changer for my rides around manchester. after using it for a couple of weeks, i'm disappointed that it doesn't quite live up to the hype. sure, the video quality is good, and having everything in one unit is innovative, but it feels a bit clunky in practice. for instance, integrating it with my phone was smoother than expected, but the interface could be more streamlined. overall, it's a solid piece of tech, but not perfect—hence the four-star feel. :)
- Pros: the screen is extremely clear and bright, adjusting itself automatically so it's easy to see in any light, which is a huge plus for safety. i like that it records video from both the front and back at the same time, giving me peace of mind on the road. the touch controls feel nippy and responsive, making it intuitive to use without being distracting while riding.
- Cons: it could be wrong, but i found the price a bit steep for what it offers, and as someone budget-conscious, that's a letdown. the installation was a bit fiddly, requiring some diy effort that might not suit everyone. also, the sheer number of features feels a bit overwhelming at times, almost like it's trying to do too much.
