I bought this as a gift for my son who loves outdoor adventures and I had high hopes truth be told the motion sensor is a game-changer making it super easy to use hands-free which is perfect for hikes or runs around Manchester the lightweight design means he wears it comfortably and the long battery life means fewer charges but I found the modes switch too fast and it's not as bright as I expected in deep darkness overall it's decent but not amazing I'd recommend it for casual use but not for serious night activities
- Pros: Truth be told I was super impressed by how it lights up with just a wave no need to touch anything at all and it feels so light on my head I barely notice it there until it's dark out the battery lasts ages which is great for long walks and it handles rain without a hitch keeping me dry and illuminated
- Cons: As it seemed to me the different light settings change too quickly and can be confusing to cycle through especially when I'm trying to find the right one in a hurry and while it's bright it doesn't always feel powerful enough for really dark trails leaving me wanting a bit more oomph
