first impression when i got this was kinda meh—it looked sleek and all, but setting it up was a headache, and i had to call in a pro to help, whcih added to the cost. as a high-income professional with a kid, i appreciate the quiet operation and enetgy efficiency, but the controls are too sensitive, and it doesn't handle extreme weather as well as promised. for the price, i expected better performance and less fuss. it does the job, but it's not the mind-reading superhero they claim, and i'm left feeling a bit disappointed. wouldn't rush to recommend it, but it's okay if you're impulsive like me.
- Pros: i was extremely impressed with how quiet this thing is, most likely quieter than a whisper, which is perfect for late-night gamng sessions without disturbing anyone. the energy savings are kinda great, and being able to control it from my phone or with voice commands makes it super convenient, especially since i bought it on a whim and it integrates well with my smart home setup.
- Cons: the installation was a bit of a hassle, and i found the temperature adjustments to be overly precise, which feels unnecessary and makes it finicky to use. it's not as duarble as i hoped, and the self-cleaning feature doesn't work as well as advertised, leaving me to deal with maintenance more than i'd like.
