i got this little switch a couple weeks ago and it has been a game changer for managing the lights in my home as a stay at home dad in edmonton i often have my hands full and being able to adjust the lighting from my phone without getting up is super convenient i remember one evening my kid was napping and i didnt want to wake them by fumbling for the switch so i just used the app to dim the lights it was perfect installation was a breeze i just followed the simple steps and it was up and running in no time it works with all my different lamps and fixtures which is great and ive noticed my energy bills seem a bit lower since using it which is a nice bonus however there have been a few times when the connection dropped and i had to reconnect which was frustrating but overall it does what it promises and makes life easier i would definitely recommend it to other parents or anyone looking to smarten up their home lighting
- Pros: super convenient to control my lights from my phone no matter where i am it seems extremely easy to install even for someone like me who isnt great with tech and it handles all the different lighting i have without any issues saving energy which is a big plus for my wallet
- Cons: sometimes the connection can be a bit spotty which is annoying when i want to turn things on or off quickly and the app could be a bit more user friendly for beginners like me
