as a researcher who values reliability, i bought this after a lot of thought, hoping it would be a guardian for my travels around la. the delayed delivery was fine, no big deal. but after using it for a couple of weeks, i'm fairly mixed. on one hand, the clarity in daylight and low light is impressive, and the automatic saving on impacts works well—it's saved me from potential headaches. on the other hand, the parking monitor isn't always reliable; i've come back to my car and found it didn't record an incident, which is a letdown. the wifi is handy when it works, but it drops out more than i'd like, making it less intuitive. overall, it's a decent device that does its main job well, but it has flaws that keep me from fully trusting it. not bad for the price, but i wish it were more consistent. 🌆
