i bought this with high hopes after my golden retriever kept wandering off, and overall, it's met my expectations. the reality is that it works well for daily use, providing peace of mind. as a healthcare worker, i value reliability, and this delivers most of the time. it's not perfect, but for the price, it's a solid choice. i'd recommend it with minor reservations. :)
- Pros: the tracker is very awesome for keeping tabs on my dog, as it seemed to me that the location updates are real-time and accurate, both indoors and out, thanks to the wireless connections. it's lightweight and comfortable on the collar, and the waterproof design means no worries during rainy seattle days. the slot for the small card is secure, which i appreciate.
- Cons: the battery life could be better; it seemed to drain faster than expected, requiring frequent charges. also, the initial setup was a bit tricky, and i had some issues with connectivity in areas with weak signals.
