i bought this for my office because i wanted something simple and reliable for my morning espresso, and it's been perfect. i'm in leeds, and it's been a game-changer for those early starts. compared to others in the same price range, it's quite a good deal—does what it says without any extra hassle. i love that it uses those little capsules i already have, and it's so easy to use. no need for any special skills, just pop one in and press a button. it heats up quickly, and the coffee always has that lovely layer on top. the design is sleek, and it doesn't look cheap on my desk. overall, it's made my workdays much better with a reliable cup of joy :)
- Pros: it worked straight away, no fuss at all, which i quite liked. the coffee comes out rich and smooth every time, just like from a proper café. it's very small, so it fits nicely on my desk at work without taking up much space. the water part is easy to take out and clean, which is handy. and it turns itself off if i forget, which is a nice touch.
- Cons: the water container could be a bit bigger, as i find myself refilling it more often than i'd like. it's most likely not the best for making lots of coffee back-to-back, but for my daily cup, it's fine.
