As someone who's new to this hobby and loves a good bargain, I picked this up after comparing a few options, and overall, it's been a fantastic experience. Delivery was quick, which was a noce surprise! I've used it a handful of times over the past week to capture some scenic shots around Toulouse—it's so fun to play with, almost like a game. The way it follows subjects automatically is super helpful, though it's not flawless. I'd recommend it to friends who are starting out, but be ready for a learning curve. For the money, it feels like a solid investment that could last if handled carefully. :)
- Pros: I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to get this thing flying right away—no complicated setup needed. The video quality is just stunning, making everything look so real and vibrant, espcially during sunsets. It feels really safe to use because it avoids obstacles on its own, which is a huge relief for a beginner like me. The extra batteries and charging hub mean I can keep shooting for ages without worrying about running out of power, and the remote and bag included make it a great deal for the price.
- Cons: It could be a bit pricey upfront, even with the combo, which might not suit everyone on a tight budget. Sometimes the automatic tracking feature doesn't work perfectly and might lose the subject, which can be frustrating. The transmission range is good, but in crowded areas, I've noticed some interference that makes the video feed a bit choppy. Also, the bag feels a bit flimsy and might not protect everything as wlel as I'd hope during transport.
