i picked this up mostly because it looked fun for my gaming setup, and it does add a neat vibe to the room. my partner thinks it's quirky, but i find the levitation gimmick wears off after a while, and i'm left with a lamp that's just okay. it works fine for basic lighting, but if you're expecting something super stable or highly adjustable, you might be let down. overall, it's a decent buy for the novelty, but not perfect.
- Pros: it's super convenient to adjust the light with just a touch, no buttons to mess with, and the way it floats is extremely cool, definitely a fun piece for my desk that gets a lot of comments. the light itself is warm and easy on the eyes, which is great for late nights, and it seems to use very little power, so my electricity bill hasn't budged.
- Cons: as a perfectionist, i'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't stay perfectly still all the time—sometimes it wobbles or drifts, which is annoying. the brightness levels are okay, but i wish there were more options or finer control; it feels a bit limited. also, it seems a bit fragile, and i'm always worried about knocking it over.
