as a retired guy in miami i was looking for something to spice up my tv time but this box left me a bit let down it works fine for watching shows and browsing but when i try to do more like run multiple apps it starts to lag a bit the sound and picture are decent but not amazing and i wish it had more oomph for the money i paid it does the job but it isnt perfect and for a perfectionist like me that is a bummer on the bright side it was easy to set up and the packaging was intact so no complaints there overall it is okay but not great maybe good for casual use but if you want top notch stuff look elsewhere
- Pros: the box arrived in good shape and setup was a breeze it handles video playback smoothly without any stuttering and the wireless connection is strong and reliable i can stream content without interruptions and it pairs quickly with other gadgets the interface is easy to navigate and it has enough storage for my needs
- Cons: it seems too basic for the price and i expected better performance from the processor it struggles a bit with heavy multitasking and the storage feels limited after a while the remote could be more responsive and the overall build quality is just average not what i hoped for

I was skeptical at first, given the price point, but the H96 Max M9 has proven its worth. The ability to stream without buffering has been a blessing, and the sound quality pairs nicely with our existing setup. It's not perfect—the remote feels a bit cheap, and I wish there were more customization options—but for what it offers, it's a solid choice. It's made our movie nights EXTREMELY enjoyable, and that's what counts. Could be wrong, but I think it's a good fit for families looking for an affordable upgrade to their entertainment system.
- Pros: The H96 Max M9 has been a game-changer for our family nights. The visuals are extremely sharp, and it feels like we're getting a cinema experience right in our living room. The speed is impressive; no more waiting for shows to load, which is a huge plus with kids who have zero patience. The setup was straightforward, and the packaging was clean and fine, which I appreciated.
- Cons: While the performance is mostly smooth, I've noticed it can get a bit warm after prolonged use, which makes me a tad nervous. Also, the storage fills up quicker than I expected, especially with multiple apps and games for the kids. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you're a heavy user.

i've had this for a couple of months now, and it's grown on me. compared to my old one, it's like night and day—way faster and the picture is so much better. it's perfect for movie nights or when i want to catch up on my fitness videos. the only thing is, i wish it came with a sturdier remote, but that's a small gripe. overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking to upgrade your setup.
- Pros: the h96 max m9 is super fast, like, no waiting around for things to load, which is great when my little one is impatient for their cartoons. the picture quality is stunning, making everything look super sharp and vibrant. it's easy to set up, and i love how it connects to my other devices without any hassle. the amount of storage is decent, so i don't have to worry about deleting stuff to make room for new apps.
- Cons: i was expecting a bit more in terms of built-in apps, but i guess that's what downloads are for. the remote feels a bit cheap, and i'm not sure how long it'll last with my toddler around. also, while the wifi is fast, i noticed it struggles a bit when i'm streaming in the kitchen, which isn't super far from the router.
