Decision:

As a software developer, I'm fairly picky about gadgets, and this one is a solid addition to my home. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's made those midnight snack runs much smoother—no more stubbed toes! The automatic on-off feature works well most of the time, though it occasionally picks up minor movements when I don't need it, which can be annoying. I like that it's wireless and USB-charged; it fits my minimalist setup, and the wooden material feels durable and stylish. However, the battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped; I have to plug it in fairly often, which defeats the purpose of being cord-free sometimes. Overall, it's a practical and fairly effective night light, but it could use some improvements in sensitivity and battery performance. I'd recommend it with those caveats—it's not perfect, but it does the job well enough for what it is. 😊
