Q: Did this light live up to the hype? A: Well, for the price, it's not bad at all. I bought it on a whim during a sale, and it's been handy for adding some glow to my workshop and under the kitchen cabinets. But honestly, the sticking power is weak; I had to use extra tape to keep it in place, which was annoying. And that touch switch? It's too easy to trigger by accident, leading to some frustrating moments. Still, it's energy-efficient and does the job without drawing too much power, so I'd say it's a decent buy if you're not expecting perfection. Not the best, but it gets the work done :)
