before i bought this my room felt kinda dark and boring especially in the evenings i was using a regular lamp but it didn't cover much area and was a hassle to move around after installing this strip light it's like a whole new space the light spreads evenly and i can dim it when i want to relax or brighten it up for reading it's a beast for small diy projects and it's held up well over the past couple of months no issues with the light itself just had to fix the sticking part i'd recommend it to friends who want an affordable way to add some ambiance without any tech fuss
- Pros: i got this rybakov strip light to brighten up my living room and it's incredibly easy to set up just plug it in and it works right away the light is bright enough to make the whole space feel cozy without being harsh and i like that it doesn't use much power so my electricity bill hasn't gone up it's also simple to adjust the brightness with a quick tap which is handy for different times of day
- Cons: the adhesive on the back could be stronger it started peeling off after a few days so i had to use extra tape to keep it in place and the power cord is a bit short which limits where i can place it without an extension most likely it's not the best for outdoor use even though it says it can handle moisture
