I bought these as a gift for myself after retiring, wanting to spruce up my old Smart car here in San Antonio. I've always been into cars, having worked as a mechanic, so I appreciate good quality parts. These lights popped right in without any fuss, and they light up the road extremely well—it's a huge improvement over the stock ones. They feel sturdy, not flimsy at all, which is important to me. However, I'm a bit unhappy that they might be a tad too intense; I've noticed a few folks squinting when I signal, which isn't polite. But overall, they do the job solidly, and I'm pleased with the upgrade for now :)
- Pros: The lights fit perfectly on my Smart Fortwo, just as promised, and the installation was extremely easy—I managed it myself without any trouble. They are solidly built and extremely bright, making me feel much safer on the road, day or night.
- Cons: Most likely, they could be a bit too bright for some situations, which might annoy other drivers, and while they're durable, I worry about long-term reliability since I've only had them a short while.
