When I first got this, I thought it would be the perfect upgrade for my bathroom, and in many ways, it is. Compared to my old setup, it's a huge improvement—the lighting is fantastic for getting ready, and I love not hunting for outlets. But honestly, I was expecting a bit more polish. The installation took me longer than it should have, and while the anti-fog works great, I wish the door sensor was a tad more reliable. It's held up well against moisture, which is a relief, and the customer service was helpful when I had questions. Overall, it's a good product that does what it promises, but it falls short of being flawless, which is why I'm giving it a solid four out of five. It's definitely better than what I had before, but not quite perfect for my high standards :)
- Pros: I really appreciate how this mirror makes my bathroom feel so much brighter and more spacious with its full design, and the lighting is extremely adjustable to get the perfect ambiance. It's great not having to deal with foggy mornings anymore, and having outlets and charging spots right there is super convenient. The shelves are sturdy and can be moved around to fit all my things, which is a big plus.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the installation was a bit tricky and not as straightforward as I hoped, which was disappointing for someone who likes things just right. The smart features, like the light turning on with the door, work well but could be more responsive at times. I also noticed some minor issues with the finish not being perfectly even, which bugs my perfectionist side.
