I installed this MALITAI light under our bed frame about a month ago. The first time it lit up when I got up for water, I was like, YES, this is exactly what I needed! It's saved me from stubbing my toe more times than I can count, and my wife loves it as a soft nightlight—no scary shadows for her. But honestly, the adhesive issue is a letdown; I had to use extra tape to keep it in place. And sometimes, it lights up randomly, which wakes me up. Overall, it does the job well for the price, but it's not perfect. I'd recommend it with a caveat to maybe reinforce the mounting.
