I bought this humidifier a couple of months ago to help with the dry air in my apartment, especially since I have pets and want to keep them comfortable. Setting it up was straightforward, and I liked that it could handle a good-sized room. The quiet operation is a plus, as it doesn't disturb my sleep or my pets' rest. However, I've found that it doesn't always keep the humidity steady; sometimes it feels too damp or not enough, and I have to adjust it manually. The touch panel is a bit finicky, and the remote doesn't work from across the room, which is annoying. For the cost, I expected better performance and durability. It does the job, but not exceptionally well, so I'd only recommend it if you're on a tight budget and need something basic.
