I bought this on a whim after seeing it online and it's been a game-changer for keeping an eye on my daughter. She loves wearing it and we use the video chat daily it's very reliable and the sound is clear from every direction. The tracking feature helps me know she's safe at school or the park and the emergency alert has already come in handy once when she got scared. It's durable for kid stuff and connects easily to our home network. Overall it does what it promises and I feel more relaxed as a parent. Highly recommend for any family looking to stay connected without hovering too much.
- Pros: The video calls are very clear and it feels like I'm right there with my kid which is top-notch for staying connected. I can always see where they are on a map which gives me peace of mind and the emergency button is a lifesaver literally. It handles water splashes well so no worries during playtime and the remote access works smoothly over the internet.
- Cons: As it seemed to me the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like needing a charge every day which can be a hassle. Sometimes the location updates are a bit slow not always real-time and the interface could be simpler for a child to use without help.
