as a dad who values reliability and functionality, this watch does a solid job overall. the video calling is quite reliable and the build feels durable enough for everyday kid use. however, the software could use some refinement to make it more user-friendly. picked it up from the store, which was convenient, and it's been a helpful tool for keeping an eye on things without being overbearing. not perfect, but it gets the job done :)
