I had a problem with constantly misplacing my keys and worrying about home security so I got this lock as a solution it works well when it connects letting me use my phone or fingerprint to get in and I like the alerts for comings and goings but it has its moments where it just doesnt respond which is frustrating for the money its okay but not perfect the takeaway is its a decent upgrade if you can handle occasional hiccups
- Pros: The lock lets me open the door with my fingerprint or phone which is incredibly handy when I forget my keys and the app sends alerts so I know who comes and goes for the money it feels like a step up from old locks
- Cons: The connection drops sometimes making it unreliable and the setup was trickier than expected most likely due to network issues and it feels a bit flimsy for such an important part of the home
