as a designer I appreciate gear that just works and this light is fairly solid for my rides around Marseille I use it daily for commuting and it holds up well in various conditions but why did they make the vibration so intense it can startle me and the battery doesn't last as long as I hoped otherwise it's a good buy for the price and does its job without fuss
- Pros: the automatic brightness adjustment is a game-changer it dims or brightens on its own so I never have to mess with settings while riding and the vibration alerts are a lifesaver giving me a heads-up for hazards without being too distracting plus it handles rain like a champ and the side visibility makes me feel much safer from all angles
- Cons: the vibration can be a bit too strong at times feeling more like a jolt than a gentle nudge which is annoying and the battery life seems shorter than I expected needing more frequent charges than I'd like for a proper workhorse
