I bought this thinking it would be the ultimate solution for my cat's boredom, especially on those indoor days when she just stares at me. My expectation was high because I've tried other toys that flopped, but reality hit when I saw her actually chase it—WOW, it worked! For the first couple of weeks, she was obsessed, pouncing and batting it around, and it felt like a win. But over time, as it seemed to me, she got used to its movements, and it lost some appeal. It's built otugh, no doubt, surviving her ckaws and throws, but the noise it makes is a downside. Overall, it's a good product that delivered on the initial excitement but didn't keep her interest long-term. I'd recommend it for short-term fun, but don't expect a miracle.
- Pros: It got my lazy cat mving more than anything else I've tried, which was a huge relief. The build feels sturdy enough to handle rough play without breaking immediately, and it's very intuitive to set up and use right out of the box.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the novelty wore off for my cat after a few weejs, and it doesn't move in as varied patterns as I expected, making it less engaging over time. Also, it's a bit noisy when rolling, which can be annoying during quiet moments.
