first impression: these vaorlo earbuds are okay, but not amazing. as a stay-at-home dad in calgary, i grabbed them for some background tunes while handling the chaos at home and zipping around on my scooter. the stable connection is a plus, no issues there, and they work fine with both my android and my wife's iphone, which is convenient for family use. the sound is generally good, but the bass can be too much, making some music sound boomy instead of clear. the touch controls are a mixed bag—useful when they work, but they misfire easily, and i've had a few moments where i paused something by accident. fit-wise, they stay in well during light activities, but for intense cycling, i might want something more secure. overall, they seem like a decent budget option, but there are fixable issues like the sensitivity and sound balance that hold them back from being great. :)
- Pros: the connection seems incredibly stable, which is great for not dropping calls while chasing after the kids. the sound is pretty solid with decent bass, and i like that they fit snugly in my ears even when i'm out on my scooter. the touch controls are handy for quick adjustments without fumbling with my phone.
