as an older guy with a military background, i'm pretty rational about what i buy, and this ring from wnartsa fits well into my life. i've been using it for a couple of months now, and overall, it's been a solid choice. i appreciate that it helps me keep an eye on my health without any hidden costs—that's a big plus for someone like me who's careful with money. the weight is perfect; i forget i'm wearing it until it vibrates with a reminder, which is great for staying on top of things. controlling my phone with gestures is a neat feature; it makes skipping songs or taking photos easier, especially when my hands are full from gardening or other hobbies. the waterproof aspect is reliable; i've worn it in the pool and during workouts without any issues, which gives me peace of mind. on the downside, the sleep analysis sometimes seems inconsistent. i wake up feeling rested, but the ring might say i had less deep sleep, which makes me question its accuracy. also, while the menstrual tracking is included, it's not relevant to me, so it's just extra stuff i ignore. i'd recommend this to others, especially if they want a simple, fee-free way to track health, but it's not perfect. from what i feel, it's a good device that does what it promises, but there's room for improvement in the details.
