i had high hopes for this ring thinking it would be a game changer for my health goals as a chef who's always on my feet i wanted something accurate and reliable to keep me on track with fitness but in reality it fell short in some areas the design is lovely and it's easy to wear which i appreciate and the basic step counting and calorie tracking are decent but when it comes to the more detailed health metrics it just doesn't deliver as consistently as i'd like i found myself double checking things with my old devices which defeats the purpose the battery life is good and the case is a nice touch but the inconsistencies make it hard to fully trust it for someone who values precision it's a bit of a letdown i think with some software updates these issues could be fixable but for now it's just okay not great i'd say if you're looking for something stylish and basic it might work but don't expect perfection :)
- Pros: i was fairly excited about this ring from yuluckgo as it seemed to promise a lot for my fitness routine i liked how it looked elegant and felt comfortable on my finger the battery lasted a good while and the charging case was handy when i forgot to plug it in syncing with the app was easy and i enjoyed seeing my steps and sleep data it felt like having a little helper with me all day :)
- Cons: but there were some issues that bugged me the heart rate and blood oxygen readings didn't always match up with what i expected from my other devices and the sleep tracking seemed a bit off like it said i slept well when i felt tired the gesture for taking photos was fun but it didn't work every time which was frustrating for a perfectionist like me and the app could be glitchy sometimes losing data or not updating properly
