Decision:

as a guy in the military living in san antonio i bought this ring on a whim thinking it would help me keep tabs on my health during my cycling sessions with my kid it seemed like a good idea at the time and for the first few weeks it was okay it tracked my heart rate and steps which i appreciated but when it came to sleep it often said i was restless even when i felt i slept fine which was frustrating the fit wasnt perfect either it felt a bit tight and uncomfortable after wearing it all day which made me take it off more than i should have the no subscription thing is great but the overall experience was just average it did the basics but nothing special i might keep using it for step counting but im not sure id recommend it to others unless theyre okay with some inaccuracies

  • Pros: i liked that it works with my phone without any extra payments which is a big plus for me the battery lasts a good while so i didnt have to charge it often and it tracks my heart rate and steps fairly well which was helpful for my daily rides
  • Cons: it didnt seem very accurate at times especially with sleep tracking and it felt a bit bulky on my finger which i didnt like it also took a while to sync with my phone and the app wasnt very intuitive for someone like me who isnt great with tech
