as it seemed to me when i first got this heater, i was really hoping for something to make our backyard more comfortable during the cooler months here in texas. i liked how quickly it warmed up the area, almost instantly, which was perfect after a long day at work. the way it spreads heat all around made it feel cozy without any cold spots. but honestly, i was disappointed with the short cord—it made positioning a hassle, and i had to be careful not to trip over it. the high power usage has me a bit worried about costs, especially since we're trying to save money. the soft glow it gives off is nice for ambiance, but it's a bit intense and can be distracting when we're just trying to relax. overall, it does its job well for immediate warmth, but the drawbacks make me think twice about recommending it fully. i might keep it for now but look for something more efficient later.
- Pros: it heats up extremely fast which was great for those chilly evenings outside, the adjustable height made it easy to set up just right for our patio, and the build felt solid like it could handle a bit of weather without rusting :)
- Cons: didn't like it that the cord was a bit short and pulling it to turn on felt awkward, also it seemed to use a lot of power which might not be great for someone watching their electricity bill, and the glow from the heater was a bit too bright at night
