i bought this as a gift for my partner thinking it would make cleaning easier but from what i feel its a mixed bag the retractable hose is nice and grandma-proof easy to use but the weight is a big downside we had to pick it up from the store which was convenient but setting it up was tough it does clean well with the different tools but i wish it was lighter and had a remote for convenience overall its okay but not great tips keep it mounted and use it for quick cleanups to avoid moving it too much
- Pros: the hose retracts on its own which is fairly handy and saves space the wall mount keeps everything tidy and from what i feel the suction is strong enough to handle most messes around the house
- Cons: its really heavy so moving it is a pain and takes two people no remote means you have to walk over to turn it on which is a hassle
