As a stay-at-home dad in San Diego, I bought this Holy Stone drone hoping to document our home and garden projects from a new perspective. I was skeptical at first, expecting it to be complicated or not live up to the hype, but in reality, it's been surprisingly reliable. The video quality is impressive, making our family videos look professional, and I appreciate how it automatically comes back if I lose signal or the battery gets low. However, I did struggle a bit with learning the flight modes, and the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like for extended use. Overall, it's a solid tool that could be improved with better battery life and simpler instructions, but it does what I need for capturing memories :)
- Pros: The drone is a real workhorse for capturing family moments from above, with video that looks sharp and detailed. It's easy to fold up and carry around, which is great for spontaneous outings.
