before i got this i was struggling with my swing always a bit weak and slouchy but after using it for a while my wrists feel tougher and my posture is better i picked it up from the store convenient and easy it's not perfect but for the price it's a good tool if you're into golf like me :)
- Pros: honestly this ball made my wrists feel stronger incredibly fast and it helped me stand up straighter when i swing which is great for my posture as it seemed to me
- Cons: it didnt fix everything in my game and i was hoping for more improvement honestly maybe its not a magic bullet but it does help a bit
